“This past week, Greg Hunziker of Az Premier Inspection, inspected a property that I am in the process of buying. After reading the inspection report I commented to Greg that he had to be in the top 5 residential inspectors in the US. The pictures and information was in detail to the ninth degree. If there was a pin hole in the drywall, Greg documented it. As I was not able to be on premises at the time of inspection, I did not have to be because of the extent of the report. His comments were invaluable to me as I met with my realtor to discuss our position to the seller. I do not know the geographical range of Greg's services in Az, but I would call him to inspect any other purchase I might do in Az. Greg did not pay me to make these comments, but I paid him to do an inspection that was worth every penny. There are only 5 stars above, but there should be 10."-D.H. Queen Creek, Az
